In response to the Coronavirus (COVID 19-), we want to reassure our visitors that we are taking all necessary measures to deal with the situation.
Our Zoo, indoor play centre, Jungle Tumbles and our lakeside café will be open for business as usual but have several measures in place to ensure that the situation is handled with our utmost attention.
The well-being of all our visitors and employees will always be our main priority and we want to assure you that we are following all steps and advice provided by local authorities and the World Health Organization.
“Customer safety is our number one priority and we are doing everything we can to ensure they feel secure in our restaurant.” says owner, Benjie Cabbell Manners.
He adds: “If any staff member has a fever or is experiencing worrisome symptoms, he or she will be sent home immediately. Our staff have been given all relevant information and this is a dynamic situation which will be handled accordingly.
“We are in close contact with all of our staff and visitors and have a procedure in place should either feel ill. We are making sure we follow the appropriate sanitary protocol that all restaurants are held to hand-washing, regular toilet cleaning, gloves for chefs, and drinking from our own glasses. Extra hand sanitizers will be visible throughout our café too.”
