Can I just arrive at Amazona Zoo without a booking?
No. You must book online through our website. This booking will give you a time slot in which to arrive and a booking reference which must be shown to gain entry. If you are unable to get access to the internet, telephone 01263 510741.
Is there a maximum amount of people that can be booked at one time?
Yes, please keep your group to a maximum of 6 people, this is in line with latest Government policy. If you have a larger group please phone us. Telephone 01263 510741 and we will assist you.

I’m a Member, do I still need to book?
If you are one of our Members then you must still book online to get your time slot. There is a section on our new system for members to book. Your membership card must be shown on arrival with supporting ID
I'm not sure I am still a member/I was going to join but didn't get the chance.
Just check the date on your membership card to see if it is still in date. If you want to buy a membership, you can through the online booking system. You will be given a time slot to come up and collect your card.
Can I book my ticket on arrival at the zoo?
No, All tickets must be booked in advance online. This is essential so that we can safely manage the number of people visiting the zoo each day.
Can I visit the zoo if I am a new Amazona Zoo member?
Yes, all members can visit the zoo as long as you have pre-booked your tickets online and arrive at the time slot stated on your ticket. All members must bring their membership card as well as photographic ID. If you have paid for a membership whilst the zoo is closed, your pass is at the zoo for you to collect. You must book in advance so just click on members free of charge section on the booking form, to get your time slot.
