Pets
Sorry, only assistance dogs are allowed in the zoo.

Free car parking is available all day in our large car park.

Disability Access
There is disabled access at Amazona Zoo. All designated concrete paths are wheelchair friendly, but bare in mind the gravel paths can be rocky. All areas are wheelchair accessible, with slopes and ramps to the main areas.
Carers
The Zoo offers concessions to carers, when accompanying a disabled person. One carer receives free entry when accompanying a full priced, paying disabled person. Any supporting ID / documentation for the carer is much appreciated.
Jungle Cafe
The Jungle Cafe serves a wide range of food, snacks and drinks. The cafe is open daily from 10am, accepting card and cash payments.
Gift Shop
You can buy your unique Amazona gift or memento from your day out in our lovely and well equipped gift shop. It’s stocked full with unusual items and souvenirs to remind you of your day out at the zoo.
We stock Fairtrade and local products along with items that help fund conservation projects around the world. We take card and cash payments throughout the zoo.
