The zoo is open 10am – 5pm (last admission 3:30pm).

Members of the following zoos and parks qulaify for a 30% discount on admission prices: Jimmy’s Farm, Linton Zoo, Raptor Foundation, Park, Shrepreth Wildlife Park, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, Woodside Wildlife Park, Great Yarmouth Sea Life Centre. Pleasurewood Hills members receive 25% discount.
When booking your tickets online, look for the ‘Other Zoo Membership Offer Tickets’ or ‘Pleasurewood Hills Member Offer’. You can also purchase your tickets, with a discount, upon arrival at the zoo.
Valid membership card from a qualifying zoo or park must be shown on arrival, along with supporting ID. Offer runs until March 1st 2025.
Once tickets are booked they are non transferable and non refundable.
With the exception of the benches just outside the Jungle Cafe, which are reserved for customers, you’re welcome to bring your own picnic with you.
Only fully trained assistance dogs are allowed due to us having free roaming animals.
The carpark is locked daily at 5pm.
Any supporting paperwork in regards to carers allowance/PIP.
